Silicone Oil PDMS Polydimethylsiloxane for Textile

Organic Silicone, or Organosilicone Chemicals, are silicone compounds that contain Si-O bonds and have at least one organic group directly connected to a silicon atom.
Silicone Oil is a very important part of organic silicone compounds. It is a kind of linear polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl, oily liquid with general performance of methyl silicone oil. It is usually called 107 silicone oil with  the viscosity  above 2500 cps. Besides the general properties of methyl silicone oil, it also has the reactivity of hydroxyl groups.

It is a transparent liquid with excellent electrical insulation and low temperature resistance, flash point and low freezing point.

It can be used as a silicone rubber based structure control agent, fabric based finishing agent and paper-based of antiadhevive agent.  The most widely used organicsilicone monomer in the production of DMC and D4 organic silicone products. The products can be used for a long time at - 50℃~+250℃.

     The viscosity temperature coefficient, compressibility, surface tension, moisture resistance, chemical inertness and physical inertness are all good. so that 107 Silicone oil products can be used:

      1. The products with medium viscosity can be used as the base glue of paper anti-stick agent, and the curing film has good anti stick effect. Such as label backing paper, asphalt pa ckaging paper, sealing paper tape backing paper, packaging treatment of upholstery paper base paper, etc.

      2. It is used in the electric appliance industry as the main component of insulating paint or as a component of insulating paint.

      3. As the base rubber and diluent of condensation RTV silicone rubber, such as the base material of sealant and mold rubber.

      4. Instead of methyl silicone oil, it is easy to emulsify.
