The industry mainly uses electrolysis to produce sodium perchlorate. The industrial sodium chlorate i.e. an Inoragnic Salt is heated with water in the dissolving tank to dissolve it, and a sodium chlorate solution with a concentration of 600~650g/L is obtained, barium hydroxide is added to remove chromate and sulfate impurities, and after sufficient sedimentation, the clarifier is sent to the electrolyzer for electrolysis to generate a sodium perchlorate solution with a concentration of more than 800g/L. After evaporation and concentration, cooling to 30 °C to precipitate crystallization, solid-liquid separation, airflow drying at 80 ~ 100 °C, sodium perchlorate was obtained.
