VMC and aryl bromide will take rapid cross-coupling reaction, with the participation of tetrabutylammonium fluoride and palladium catalyst, coupling of ethylenes  can be obtained. And it can be used as cross-linking agent or intermediate for vinyl methyl silicone rubber, high vinyl content silicone fluid, addition type silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber, etc.
